New entry in the Guide in 2018

The following are new entries in the Guide for 2018.


Upscale bar in the very posh Augustine Hotel. Main reason to visit is 14° Svatotomášský Ležák, brewed by Matuška

New bottle shop with six taps for onsite tasting.


Not to be confused with the nearby Blah Blah Bar which is mostly a cocktail bar. Tap list is dominated by Matuška.


New (April 2018) brewpub in the Ládví Cultural House.


New pub with good tap list and an amazing bottle selection. Connected with U Kunštátů (which explains the bottles)


New brewpub that is a joint venture between Adam Matruška and the folks behind the Lokál chain. Behind the Lokál Hamburk


M.A.S.H. themed locals bar right at the Urxova tram stop with beers from Pivovar Holba from Hanušovice. Sign out front says "Non Stop" which usually means "open 24 hours" but that hasn't been confirmed.


Kavárna Pražírna  WiFi available Closed Sunday Open 11am or earlier New entry in the Guide in 2018 Has an unusual or regional beer on tap. Coffee shop with draft beer.

Coffee shop and coffee roaster that has a tap or two dedicated to small Czech breweries.


Classic old school Prague pub, with four interesting beers. Decorated with old soccer (football) memorabilia. Also known as U Prasivka


Highly recommended restaurant with Matuška beers on draft.


Basement pub under new ownership.

Originally listed as a taproom, they do have a small brewery on site. They claimed all the beers were brewed onsite

Chicken rotisserie restaurant with Trautenberk 11° on draft plus 3 or 4 Trautenberk beers in bottles.


Burger restaurant that seems to be a tap room for Crazy Clown brewery of Brno.

Neighborhood pub with an eclectic selection of beers on tap. Worth a stop if in the area.


Recently expanded to 9 taps. Food is the usual bar snacks.

New brewpub in the Karlín district. They serve .4L pours instead of the traditional .5L


24 hour bottle shop located in the Hostel Marabou. Beers are chilled and can be consumed on site.

Coffee shop near the Stromovka park that now has its own brewery.. Named after (Soviet) dog that was the first animal to orbit the earth in 1957.

Burger and Tapas restaurant on the ground floor of the Retro Prague House music venue, off of Náměstí Míru. Was reportedly closed but now appears to be back. Not sure if the Únětické is still tankovna.


Tiny hole in the wall bakery with beer from the Clock brewery. Four beers possible but expect one or two taps to be dry. Soup and warm snacks also available, in addition to cake.
